• Your organizational talent makes our acceleration program a real asset for our startups and partners.
• As a Startup Lead, you are the central point of the network for our startups, partners, investors, mentors, coaches, and alumni.
• With your help, our events are real highlights in the startup ecosystem.
• Your storytelling skills generate reach on our channels and support startups in their marketing and PR efforts.
• You report on the results of our industry collaborations, events, and activities, working with the Group Marketing of Spinlab to develop and implement marketing plans.
• Your marketing efforts attract startups and partners to our program and expand our community.

Requirements

• A high degree of reliability, independence, responsibility, good time management, and teamwork skills.
• A degree or training in business administration, marketing, innovation, communication, agriculture, nutrition, bioeconomy, biology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge in the areas of startups or AgriFood systems, bioeconomy, circularity, sustainability, or related industries is an advantage.
• Creativity and enjoyment in communicating with various target groups and networking.
• Relevant work experience in social media and a good command of social networks. Very good German and English skills.
