Marketing Lead - Remote

Overview

We are searching for a Marketing Lead to join the Muon Space team. As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a Marketing Strategy for Muon Space. Marketing activities include Social, Web, Product, Media and Events. This position will be responsible for creating an integrated marketing plan to achieve marketing company goals. This position will also be responsible for creating compelling marketing and promotional content for the company (including social posts, blogs, brochures, promotional material, and website). The Marketing Lead will oversee marketing contract support.

In Short

• Define overall integrated marketing strategy and plan across all content disciplines.
• Manage marketing support consultants to include media, graphics and others as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Create product line marketing materials.
• Plan for and execute event exhibits.
• Manage social media accounts’ design.
• Stay current on technologies and trends in marketing.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience working as a marketing manager, or other related position.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Excellent copywriting skills and hands-on experience in content management.
• Strong computer skills using Google Workplace and Adobe.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Ability to self-govern with minimum supervision.
• Experience with aerospace or space industry marketing.
