• Seeking a Senior Director with deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud products.
• Responsible for leading multiple workstreams of enterprise customer engagements.
• Work closely with Business Development to support pursuit efforts.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to deliver customer ROI.
• Must hold a current Salesforce Architect certification.
• Lead technical design sessions and create architectural diagrams.
• Define business requirements and build Salesforce platform solutions.
• Ensure quality technical solutions by defining coding standards.
• Support business development by presenting solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce product news.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud systems as a Platform Architect.
• 10+ years in a CRM or software development role.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role with agency experience preferred.
• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce product suite.
• Current Salesforce Architect certification required.
• Experience with Salesforce point-and-click developer interface.
• Knowledge of integration and headless/composable architecture.
• Experience managing and coaching teams.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of leadership.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
