Overview

As an Account Manager at BlueConic, you will support the creation of value for customers across the Customer Lifecycle, employing a consultative and strategic approach to drive business results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management or CSM experience.
  • Clear communication skills to convey operational and strategic impact.
  • Ability to align value with business objectives.
  • Understanding of enterprise organization structures and contracting processes.
  • High marketing strategy IQ.
  • Passion for helping companies with first-party data strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing or data technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed and resourceful with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally.
