Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at BlueConic, you will guide enterprise customers through their journey with our Customer Data Platform, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support to drive value-focused utilization.

In Short

  • Guide Enterprise customers through onboarding and initial use case setup.
  • Understand customer goals to inform success planning and account strategy.
  • Drive solution adoption by providing best practices and diagnosing barriers.
  • Build relationships characterized by expertise and empathy with stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing use case support and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Create content and present business reviews highlighting customer use cases.
  • Identify risks to renewals and collaborate to develop success plans.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Management.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects at varying stages.
  • Solicit customer feedback on product features and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally with marketers and SaaS platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Experience guiding customers in defining use cases and strategic discussions.
  • Exposure to front end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and digital analytics.
  • Proven leadership in customer partnerships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without falling behind.
  • Passion and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies and adaptability to new software.
