  • Manage key Major Accounts ($6M - $10M ARR), focusing on retention and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for economic buyers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive customer value.
  • Monitor account health and deliver reports on opportunities and risks.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to support decision-making.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align client goals with solutions.
  • Execute upsell and cross-sell deals through a disciplined sales cycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of Bloomreach products and capabilities.
  • Measured on Expansion ARR, renewals, and access to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Consulting.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning and ecosystem management.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with eCommerce data analysis and conversion metrics.
  • Strong customer-centric focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Executive presence and subject matter expertise.
  • Proficient with CRM and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as required.
