Overview

The Strategic Accounts Manager at Acumatica will assist the VP of Strategic Accounts in managing high-potential accounts to drive new license sales and enhance customer engagement.

In Short

  • Assist in defining and managing strategic conglomerate accounts.

  • Conduct SWOT analysis against competitors.
  • Manage resources to drive the Acumatica win-theme.
  • Engage with leadership at customer organizations.
  • Maintain detailed notes in Acumatica CRM.
  • Assist with deal closure and contracts.

Requirements

  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of business applications, preferably ERP.
  • Experience in Channel organizations preferred.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree required.
  • Proactive in recruiting talent for the company.
