• Oversee Compliance operations for the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
• Manage FIU day-to-day processes ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Maintain KPIs for compliance operations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships supporting operational processes.
• Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Build and manage a global compliance team.
• Provide training and mentorship for team members.
• Act as a liaison with regulators and auditors.
• Foster a culture of compliance awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant AML experience.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations.
• Experience in crypto compliance and blockchain monitoring tools.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data-driven efficiencies.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to balance compliance with business growth.
• Experience querying databases with SQL.
