Fincrime Intelligence Unit Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Fincrime Intelligence Unit Manager at Tide, you will be responsible for building and establishing Tide’s intelligence capabilities, hiring the team and defining processes which deliver on our strategy and objectives.

In Short

• Build and manage the FIU Team, hiring the right people, and establish Tide’s fincrime intelligence capabilities
• Be proficient at using SQL and Excel to handle and assess large datasets
• Collaborate closely with the Proactive Investigations Team
• Stay current on fraud/financial crime trends and emerging threats
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures
• Be a strong Leader, setting the standards while supporting others
• Use intelligence insights to identify potential control environment improvements
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience working with Fincrime Intelligence
• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Expert knowledge of the National Intelligence Model and Fincrime
• Passionate about fighting financial crime
• Exceptional stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
