Overview

As a Customer Success Executive at BizAway, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients in the Middle East, ensuring they derive maximum value from the BizAway platform.

In Short

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Onboard new corporate clients onto the BizAway platform.
  • Tailor onboarding materials to client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets.
  • Define quarterly targets with the Customer Success Team Lead.
  • Collaborate with the CS and Sales Team to share best practices.
  • Propose actions and strategies to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Native level of Arabic and fluent English.
  • 1+ year experience in B2B account management or customer success.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Experience with multiple Middle Eastern markets is a plus.
  • Experience in fast-growing start-ups is desirable.
