• Function as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden and our suite of services.
• Expand skills in all Bitwarden applications and services to guide and train users.
• Work with customers to solve issues and identify future solutions.
• Provide superb customer support.
• Assist with billing and account management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product teams.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of empathy and advocacy for others.
• Experience in a technical position or equivalent education.
• The ability and desire to work remotely.
