Overview

The Senior Director of Onboarding Credit Strategy will lead the design and implementation of credit strategies for new customers, balancing risk and growth in a rapidly growing Fintech company.

• Define and execute the end-to-end onboarding credit strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in credit risk strategy.
• Experience with corporate charge card and business payments risk.
• 5+ years in people leadership with effective communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of predictive modeling.
• Experience in SQL, SAS, and Python.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience conducting in-market tests for credit strategies.
