Overview

The Senior Director of Customer Onboarding will define and execute the strategic vision for a global, fully remote onboarding organization, ensuring customers successfully realize value in a new product category within a rapidly evolving industry.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
• Strong technical acumen in product implementation and API integrations.
• Hands-on leadership experience in a remote setup.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in onboarding tools and analytics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence across teams.
• Preferred experience in compliance, GRC, and cybersecurity.
