Overview

The Project Coordinator, Program & Impact will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s Program & Impact Team by managing executive calendars, project timelines, and facilitating partnerships to advance strategic priorities.

In Short

  • Manage the Chief Impact Officer’s executive calendar and project timelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and partnership discussions.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for productive meetings.
  • Track partnership commitments and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timelines in project management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Provide high-level customer service and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate commitment to organizational values and competencies.
  • Manage multiple projects independently while achieving deadlines.
  • Foster an inclusive environment for all team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in project management preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in administrative support and project management.
  • Exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of youth development programs, especially mentoring.
  • Project Management Certification is a plus.
