Overview

The Partnerships Coordinator, Program and Impact will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s national office Program & Impact Team with excellent coordination and administration of program partnerships and development of playbooks to scale best practices.

In Short

  • Coordinates meetings and manages timelines for program partnerships.
  • Documents lessons learned and provides recommendations for scaling best practices.
  • Writes and submits reports for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborates across departments to disseminate programmatic materials.
  • Provides project management support using tools like Asana.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Exceptional administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
