Overview

The Impact Program Coordinator will help shape the next phase of the ElevenLabs Impact Program by reviewing nonprofit applications, selecting partners, and supporting them with our technology while working closely with the PR team to share impactful stories.

• Support the success of partners in the voice tech license program.
• Manage timelines and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Travel occasionally to industry events.
• Develop high-impact visual materials for strategic conversations.

• Strong written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Organizational and project management skills using tools like Airtable.
• Willingness to travel for logistics and representation.
• Experience in developing visual materials for marketing.
