Overview

The Strategic Account Manager role is responsible for the success of Bevi’s existing customers by developing trusted relationships, creating new opportunities, and driving revenue retention.

In Short

  • Own, drive, and grow the customer relationship
  • Uncover and deliver on expansion opportunities to grow revenue
  • Demonstrated success in strategic research-based account planning
  • Able to navigate large organizations to identify key constituents
  • Maintain an accurate forecast for your book of business
  • Establish multiple customer touch-points
  • Lead proactive discovery conversations
  • Deliver impactful product demos and provide technical answers
  • Grow the Bevi business within existing customers
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities using Salesforce

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in account management
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Experience with Salesforce
