• Conduct initial peer support coaching calls with Better Health members.
• Become an expert in Better Health’s product catalog for conditions.
• Construct personalized follow-up emails and educational tools for members.
• Have first-hand experience with chronic urological conditions.
• Interested in flexible session-based 1099-contracting work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort talking on the phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable with technology, including Google Suite.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Secondary degree or at least 3 years of professional experience preferred.
