The Course Support role involves assisting in the preparation and management of course operations during events, ensuring safety and adherence to brand standards.

In Short

  • Support Course Manager in marking course paths before events.
  • Assist in course operations during event weekends.
  • Manage on-course volunteers and their assignments.
  • Set up and maintain course signage and water stations.
  • Track course via GPS to ensure compliance with product mandates.
  • Assist in landscaping and clearing debris from the course.
  • Problem-solve course routing issues efficiently.
  • Implement safety and aesthetic changes as directed.
  • Assist in breakdown and cleanup after events.
  • Maintain attention to detail and safety best practices.

Requirements

  • Heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for 6-11 days at a time.
  • Ability to read and interpret course maps and safety rules.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Must meet deadlines under time constraints.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Team player with flexibility and creativity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Sense of humor and a positive attitude.
