Overview

As the Kids Support (KS) at Spartan Race, you will assist the Kids Lead in setting up and managing the Kids course during events, ensuring all materials are handled properly and operations run smoothly.

In Short

• Mark the Kids course and set up obstacles.
• Lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Drive stakes into the ground for course setup.
• Assist with race day operations.
• Break down and pack up course materials post-event.
• Support the Kids Lead and Festival Manager.
• Attend meetings and adhere to schedules.
• Travel for up to 10 days at a time.
• Work outside in various weather conditions.
• Oversee volunteers effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or willingness to learn machinery operation.
• Physical capability for long hours of work.
• Analytical mindset for improving procedures.
• Comfortable working closely with children.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
