Overview

The Festival Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of festival operations for Spartan Race events, managing teams and ensuring brand standards are met.

In Short

• Manage festival operations for Spartan Race events.
• Lead teams of up to 40 people.
• Attend at least 8 events per year.
• Ensure festival areas are set up and torn down safely and timely.
• Update festival maps and maintain accurate inventories.
• Work with the Sponsorship team to meet partner expectations.
• Confirm timely travel arrangements for the team.
• Problem solve during events as needed.
• Operate machines throughout the event cycle.

Requirements

• Able to spend long hours standing and walking.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Adaptable to changing situations and weather conditions.
• Ability to make decisions in high-stress environments.
• Strong customer service skills.
