In Short

• Responsible for management of onsite-registration equipment and setup
• Registering each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
• Assist in managing registration volunteers during event days
• Provide excellent customer service
• Comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions
• Proven attention to detail
• Strong analytical mindset
• Thrive in customer-centric problem solving
• Willing to travel 50 days or more during the year
• Available to travel Thursday through Monday, at least 1 weekend per month
