Overview

As a Peer Supporter at Flourish Labs, you will provide support to youth and young adults facing mental health challenges, utilizing your own lived experience and training in peer support skills.

In Short

• Provide peer support to youth and young adults aged 12-30.
• Empower seekers to advocate for themselves and set goals.

• Must be 18-35 years old with lived experience of mental health challenges.

Requirements

• Peer Supporter Certification (training provided).
• 18-35 years old.
• Lived experience of mental health challenges.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Responsible and organized.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Experience in foster care or juvenile justice is a plus.
