The Evaluator is a subject-matter expert responsible for analyzing and evaluating student responses, providing personalized feedback, and ensuring fair assessments in a competency-based education environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a grader/evaluator, especially in high volume.
• Experience with peer support preferred.

• Ability to discern evidence of competency in submissions.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and adaptability in various situations.
• Initiative and self-direction in completing evaluations.
