In Short

  • Training and developing employees.

  • Providing feedback and evaluating employee performance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian, English, and Turkish (knowledge of Azerbaijani is a plus).
  • Understanding of the competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of business processes in iGaming (betting/gambling).
  • Strong understanding of industry products and services.
  • Proficiency in team management methodologies.
  • Experience working with people.
