  • Act as the main point of contact for Technical Support
  • Provide proactive behind-the-scenes support
  • Lead Tech Support teams in the iGaming domain
  • Ensure seamless operations and uninterrupted service
  • Handle Technical Support-related events and documents
  • Drive growth and improvement of the capability stream
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other teams
  • Conduct candidate interviews and shape job descriptions
  • Evaluate performance against goals

Requirements

  • Experience leading Tech Support teams in the iGaming domain
  • Proactive and client-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Effective communication skills and troubleshooting ability
  • Upper-intermediate level of written and oral English
  • Strong desire to develop and learn quickly
  • Knowledge of XML/JSON
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Understanding of API protocols
  • SDLC knowledge
  • Ability to work 2-3 remote night shifts per week
  • Basic knowledge of the QA process
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, DataDog, Prometheus, etc.)
