Requirements

  • Native-level communication skills in Argentinian Spanish, proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in managing a client portfolio in iGaming or related fields.
  • Proven track record in customer interaction and relationship building.
  • Understanding of VIP management and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented and analytical with performance metrics.
  • Commercial mindset focusing on customer value.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for sports and casino.
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 remote.
