As a Product Designer at Betsson, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, crafting user-centric designs that elevate our products to global standards. Working hands-on, you'll produce visually appealing features and prototypes, inspiring the organization with best-in-class user experiences and product aesthetics.

• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure quality and effectiveness of design work.
• Create and present wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Work with internal design systems to ensure consistency.
• Design with a data-driven mindset, integrating user insights.
• Communicate design requirements effectively with teams.
• Contribute to user journey mapping and analysis.
• Promote superior UX/UI design standards.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior members.
• Evaluate live products for enhancement opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers and products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience on web products.
• Experience with Figma for creating design solutions.
• Expertise in usability, analytics, and user testing.
• Experience with design systems or pattern libraries.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong skills in metrics and data usage in design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with agile and remote teams.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision capability.
• Prior experience in gaming industry is a plus.
