Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to create designs that drive business impact.
• Success in leading the design process from ambiguity to execution.
• Experience designing automated processes and utilizing AI.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and influence others.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship is required.
