Senior Product Designer, Platform - Remote

Overview

Ro is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive design strategy and detailed design execution across internal products that enable our physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and patient advocates to provide safe, high quality care to patients.

• Co-develop and maintain the Ro Internal design system.
• Iterate and improve the design system over time.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing and shipping end-to-end products.
• Experience contributing to and scaling a design system.
• Ability to think at both a high level and design details.
• Experience designing for complex tasks in healthcare.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to provide design variations and rationale.
• Experience working on maturing software platforms.
• Passion for understanding user needs through research.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• A desire to learn and grow in design.
