The Loss Control Technical Specialist will provide industry-leading content and enhance policyholder services in the Workers Compensation Division through remote and self-service channels, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and technical proficiency.

• Manage the BHHC Safety Center and deliver accessible content.
• Schedule and conduct impactful webinars for policyholders.
• Develop and maintain Toolbox Talks for various industries.
• Obtain certification to deliver OSHA 10 in Manufacturing and Construction.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in occupational safety and loss prevention.
• Collaborate on formal content development for the organization.
• Enhance training materials using adult learning principles.
• Track remote and self-service efforts and outcomes.
• Maintain professional designations and certifications.
• Conduct remote training sessions as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in loss control or safety services.
• Experience with remote training and content management.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Certifications such as CSP or CIH preferred.
• General knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to develop effective risk management strategies.
• Experience in creating and delivering learning content.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
