Overview

We're looking for a talented, driven, and enthusiastic Technical Content Specialist to join our growing remote team to produce content for us, and the industry-leading organizations we partner with.

In Short

• Create, edit, and manage content for various mediums including blogs, newsletters, and white papers.
• Maintain the master content calendar for content creation and delivery.
• Understand and apply SEO best practices.
• Provide feedback and strategy for improving client outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the Operations Team and Head of Content.
• Write long-form content such as blog posts and guides.
• Be a kick-ass teammate and communicator.
• Comfortable with writing about technical topics in detail.
• Have a reliable internet connection.
• Be open to constructive criticism for growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in written English.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Analytical mind with business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working as part of a remote team.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
