Overview

BHHC is looking for a Senior Loss Control Specialist responsible for providing loss control services to assigned clients in a specific territory, focusing on improving employee safety and health.

In Short

• Manages a book of business ensuring service plans are in place.
• Schedules and completes onsite visits to evaluate workplace environments.
• Monitors policyholder loss activity and develops loss reduction strategies.
• Provides consultative and training services for risk mitigation.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in occupational safety.
• Maintains required professional designations and certifications.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in loss control or safety services.
• Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CE are required.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-25% of the time.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
