Overview

As a Senior GTM Ops Program Manager at Bazaarvoice, you will be responsible for delivering programs that accelerate bringing new products and functionality to market, working cross-functionally with various teams.

In Short

• Run day-to-day cross-functional programs supporting product and feature delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers and Client Success to enhance adoption of new functionality.
• Track and present quarterly success of GTM launches.
• Evaluate activities at various stages of the Product Lifecycle.
• Serve as the SME on core program technology.
• Maintain high-quality templates and documentation.
• Spearhead strategic GTM initiatives within the Product organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Product, Product Marketing, or GTM program management.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle and Go-to-Market strategies.
• Proven experience delivering high-value programs.
• Ability to communicate and build trust across stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent process development skills.
