Overview

The Manager of Finance Operations at Bazaarvoice will lead the connection between contract execution and financial reporting, ensuring data integrity and billing accuracy.

In Short

• Oversee data flow from Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite.
• Manage a team of 9, including 5 US-based and 4 offshore employees.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving complex deal escalations.
• Drive successful period-end closes with flexibility for extended hours.
• Coordinate ad hoc reporting requests from leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Services to resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce the company Bookings Policy across various business lines.
• Manage the ARR data cube for accurate financial reporting.
• Communicate bookings results and updates to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members focusing on professional development.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in Finance Operations or Revenue Operations.
• 3 years of direct people management experience.
• High proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ) and NetSuite.
• Experience with Certinia and Tableau is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and managing complex data structures.
• Strong understanding of SaaS contracts and billing cycles.
• Ability to manage burnout and provide empathetic coaching.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives.
