Overview

The Finance Operations and Program Lead at Bazaarvoice will oversee critical financial and operational initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of Quote-to-Cash processes and cross-functional projects.

In Short

• Lead internal projects and drive operational efficiencies.
• Design work-back plans for Finance initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Analysts on development projects.
• Manage the entire lifecycle from quotes to cash collections.
• Develop and measure KPIs and OKRs.
• Prepare program status updates for Finance leadership.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Build project plans and data-driven reports.
• Act as the primary contact for Finance leadership.
• Streamline workflows within Finance Operations teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Financial Program Management or Operations.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Experience writing business requirements with clear metrics.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive programs to completion.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Curiosity for investigating processes and data anomalies.
