The Senior Manager, Community Engagement & Growth will lead and optimize member-facing functions to drive growth, engagement, and satisfaction within the Influenster app.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or community management.
  • 4+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple functions.
  • Experience with user acquisition and engagement in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid marketing channels and email platforms.
  • Experience in content strategy and social media management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Passion for community building and user experience.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel and Appsflyer.
