Overview

The Finance Operations Manager will oversee finance and operational administration across multiple entities, ensuring smooth and predictable bookkeeping, compliance, and contractor management.

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping across 8 entities.
• Manage month-end close in Xero.
• Oversee billing, payments, and contractor operations.
• Maintain a master compliance calendar for all entities.
• Ensure corporate records are organized and audit-ready.
• Document workflows and implement process improvements.
• Escalate risks and compliance concerns to the MD/CFO.
• Provide regular structured reporting to the MD/CFO.
• Support operational finance processes as needed.
• Drive automation and better systems for efficiency.

Requirements
