Finance & Operations Manager - Remote

In Short

• Ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient financial operations.
• Maintain strong financial control, compliance, and visibility for decision-making.
• Own invoicing, billing, payments, and bookkeeping oversight.
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and budget tracking.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and runway visibility.
• Improve and standardize financial processes.
• Coordinate with accountants, tax advisors, and auditors.
• Support contract review for pricing and payment terms.
• Experience in a small or mid-sized company.
• Bonus: experience in remote or distributed teams.

Requirements

• Strong financial operations management.
• High attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Process improvement and systems thinking.
• Basic legal/commercial understanding.
• Strong communication skills.
• 3–6 years in Finance / Accounting roles.
• Experience owning end-to-end finance processes.
• Experience working with external accountants/advisors.
• Experience with accounting tools, preferably QuickBooks.
