Overview

The Business Development Manager will focus on building strong relationships with clients and establishing Neurons Lab as the preferred AI partner in financial services while developing an efficient sales process using AI and strategic partnerships.

  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas and maintain conversion benchmarks.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting executives.
  • Generate pipeline through partner channels and cultivate relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the engineering team.
  • Articulate business value for AI initiatives and manage proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure smooth transition to account delivery post-sale.
  • Meet performance metrics for calls and response times.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Systematic thinking and strong collaboration skills.
  • Result-driven and client-centric approach.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience in complex enterprise sales in Financial Services.
  • Experience in AI/ML domain.
