Senior Product Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Sr Product Operations Manager to join our Product team's effort to deliver best-in-class user experiences to our customers and partners in the air cargo industry.

In Short

• Run technical integration projects of new Airline partners and Enterprise Forwarder customers from solution design to launch.
• Enable the cargo.one expansion strategy by supporting our market launches.
• Highlight feature gaps with airline partners and drive adoption projects.
• Simplify and automate key monitoring and investigation processes.
• Specify and implement tooling to improve internal operations.
• Actively communicate within the organization to align stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, management, or analytics.
• Practical experience with SQL and/or Python.
• A strong growth mindset and resilience.
• Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to embrace uncertainty and adapt.
