• Seeking a data-driven Senior Product Operations Manager.
• Oversee key payment product in the Germany market.
• Collaborate with various teams including member support and finance.
• Engage with external partners to agree on SLAs and performance.
• Act as the voice of the customer to define a smooth experience.
• Support Product Managers in managing cross-functional technical projects.
• Provide support to the Operations community worldwide.
• Fluent in English and French, with other European languages valued.
• Strong understanding of financial markets in Europe.
• Organized and proactive in improving processes.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience in finance, consulting, technology, or operations.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Good understanding of financial markets in Europe and Germany.
• Ability to deliver complex projects across multiple work streams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient and customer-focused team player.
