Overview

The Huntress team is looking for a data and operations-minded Senior Product Operations Manager who can build trust, collaboration, and data foundations within our product organization.

• Compensation between $120,000 to $145,000 base plus bonus and equity
• Focus on data enablement and efficiency in product operations
• Facilitate business decisions through data analysis

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Operations or Business Analysis
• 2+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
• Experience in training and enabling stakeholders
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (BI Tool, Google Sheets, Excel)
• Experience with ticketing tools like Shortcut, Jira, Monday
• Curious mindset towards business questions
