• We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic individual to join the Debit Processing Service Operations team.
• Focus on building data and implementing business and customer insights.
• Report to VP, DPS Operations.
• Develop and implement business and market insights.
• Promote best practices in data instrumentation.
• Prepare reports to provide actionable insights.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Interface with various departments to enhance data-driven decisions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience in a product operations or data analysis role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the technology, payments or software industry.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in data intelligence.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
