Overview

This role is designed for a junior to intermediate professional who wants to grow within the affiliate and e-commerce ecosystem, focusing on performance partnerships.

In Short

  • Support and maintain relationships with merchants and affiliate networks.
  • Coordinate and respond to inbound partner communication (50–100 requests per month).
  • Assist in CPO negotiations and budget discussions.
  • Help identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Affiliate Partnerships Manager and Head of Affiliates with ongoing initiatives.
  • Attend selected partner events and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • 1+ year in a client-facing role.
  • Initial experience managing client or partner accounts.
  • Familiar with CPO, CTR, ROAS, AOV, CPC.
  • Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Fluent English and either Spanish or French required; multilingual candidates are highly valued.
  • E-commerce, PPC, or affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Organized and clear in task management.
  • Responsible and reliable in follow-through.
  • Clear and professional communication with partners and stakeholders.
