Overview

Join our dynamic and growing EMEA team as a Business Development Representative, where you will play a crucial role in the sales and marketing organization, qualifying and generating leads, and executing sales campaigns.

In Short

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn for networking and educating prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics for opportunity creation.
  • Research and understand business operations and pain points of prospects.
  • Organize pipeline and collaborate with Account Executives for meetings.
  • Report to BDR Director and receive coaching and autonomy.
  • Occasional travel within the region may be required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
  • Experience in IT or Software Solutions sales is highly desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift.
  • Passion for outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all business levels.
  • High energy, results-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Resilience in facing objections and rejection.
  • Fluency in Business English and another European language.
