Consultant, Lifecycle Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Consultant will maintain and optimize the strategy and execution of all email marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

In Short

• Short-term, remote contract role for 3-4 months.
• Work 30 to 40 hours per week.
• Maintain and execute email and social marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams for campaign alignment.
• Monitor and report on key metrics for email and social programs.
• Oversee and mentor a social media intern.
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms like Marketo and HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and project management skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing and developing teams, including interns.
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with B2B enterprise software preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
