Overview

As a Marketing Consultant at Forvis Mazars, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility of our brand and services in the Swiss market through effective management of sponsorships, events, and marketing campaigns.

• Manage major long-term sponsorships and enhance brand visibility.
• Deliver and oversee all sponsorship activities including guest management.
• Create content and social media assets for sponsorship activations.
• Plan and deliver regional events ensuring smooth execution.
• Oversee production of campaign materials and manage external agencies.
• Track marketing performance and support improvement initiatives.
• Optimize use of marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage marketing merchandise and seasonal communications.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on sponsorships/events.
• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Solid project management skills and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
• Experience with marketing automation and social media platforms.
• Creative, motivated, and flexible with a team-oriented mindset.
