In Short

  • Strategic management and development of selected key accounts
  • Identifying up-sell and cross-sell potentials within existing accounts
  • Conducting needs assessments, product presentations, and workshops
  • Collaborating closely with product and marketing departments
  • Creating account plans, forecasts, and revenue strategies
  • Managing commercial negotiations until successful contract conclusion
  • Participating in industry events, both remote and on-site
  • Monitoring relevant KPIs to ensure target achievement

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or software environment
  • Expertise in managing and developing large existing customers
  • Strong communication skills and professional negotiation strength
  • Ability to quickly understand complex software solutions
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Team player with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in German and ideally very good English skills
