Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will qualify and prioritize incoming leads and actively identify new potential customers. You will serve as the first touchpoint for potential customers and help build a solid sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development, ideally in SaaS/B2B
  • Strong communication skills and proactive work ethic
  • Motivated to develop in sales with a growth mindset
  • Structured, analytical, and responsible work style
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Ability to understand and convey complex information clearly
  • Fluent in German, good English skills are a plus
